  • Represent Soccer Stars with a positive, professional, and energetic presence at every location.

  • Assist with coach scheduling to ensure proper staffing across classes, camps, and clinics.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new coaches.
  • Maintain records of coach evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Ensure coaches follow company policies, procedures, and curriculum standards.
  • Communicate with coaches, families, and partners as needed regarding coaching-related matters.
Equipment & Logistics
  • Track, manage, and distribute coaching equipment across program locations.
  • Maintain accurate equipment inventory.
  • Ensure coaches have the materials and gear needed for their sessions.
  • Support equipment storage, maintenance, replacement, and retrieval.
Our Coaching Philosophy

At Soccer Stars, we believe being a great youth soccer coach is not just about creating skilled players. It is about creating confident kids who love the game.
