Employees in these roles help the public understand and apply for Social Security benefits, process claims, and provide customer service. These jobs can include claims specialists, customer service representatives, administrative law judges, IT professionals, and more. Building strong communication skills and being adaptable are key to providing high-quality service while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
