What You'll Do

As a Janitorial Team Member, you'll help maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities by:

  • Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairways, offices, and common areas.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
  • Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Communicating supply, equipment, maintenance, or safety needs to the Lead Janitor.
  • Supporting team operations and assisting coworkers when needed to ensure quality service.
 What Success Looks Like

In this role, you'll work closely with your Crew Leader and teammates to deliver high-quality janitorial services while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service. You'll follow established procedures, report concerns promptly, participate in required trainings, and help create a positive and productive work environment.

 What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Takes pride in producing quality work and maintaining a safe workplace.
  • Can routinely lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending, kneeling, and other physical tasks associated with janitorial work.
  • Is dependable, motivated, and committed to meeting expectations.
 Qualifications
  • This position requires a REAL ID.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Experience maintaining facilities in a clean, safe, and professional manner is a plus.
