• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to establish a clear understanding of their physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patients’ specific needs and goals, utilizing state-of-the-art therapies and techniques.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and modify treatment protocols as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, including SOAP notes and progress reports, utilizing our electronic health record system.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families about their treatment journey, promoting an understanding of recovery processes and anticipated challenges.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to organizational objectives by actively participating in business development activities.
• Collaborate closely with other professionals in the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for patients receiving multiple services.
• Act as an ambassador for Pro Active Physio Clinic, embodying our core values and culture in all interactions.

As a Physical Therapist at Pro Active Physio Clinic, you will work with a diverse population, including children and adults of various ages, races, and physical conditions. Our focus is on providing services to clients facing a range of physical challenges, from post-operative recovery to rehabilitation for chronic conditions. Your ability to adapt to the unique needs and backgrounds of each patient will be essential in delivering effective therapy.

• A Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program is required.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in California by the Board of Physical Therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct evaluations and treatments effectively, with a willingness to incorporate telehealth for appropriate cases.
• A strong commitment to working with a diverse patient demographic.
• Flexibility and adaptability are crucial in a fast-paced and ever-evolving healthcare environment.
• A collaborative spirit and a strong focus on customer service are imperative to thrive in our team-oriented culture.

• Experience in an outpatient setting with a focus on musculoskeletal disorders is highly desirable.

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
