Job Description:
Involved in requirement gathering related to Test Data for different applications by understanding the current applications, test sets and talking with stakeholders from different teams.
Estimating testing-related tasks, analyzing testing requirements, designing, and developing supporting tools/scripts for Test data, and implementing TDM processes and solutions using Delphix.
Creating consistent and repeatable processes to support multiple functions, such as
Identifying and masking test data for different applications,
Refreshing/updating test data
Mine existing data and/or synthetic data generation as needed.
Ensuring compliance with IT security guidelines and data compliance regulations
Provisioning data for QA testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing.
Integration of Data De-Identification (Delphix) & Synthetic Data tool (GenRocket) into application pipelines
Coordinate with offshore team and client stakeholders and ensure all deliverables are delivered on time and with quality.
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
Minimum 8+ years of IT experience in Testing and hands on knowledge on PL/SQL and C#.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Health Plan domain with good understanding of healthcare payor processes - Enrollment, claims, Provider and Authorization.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Test Data Management and using TDM tools (preferred Delphix and Genrocket) to create and mine test data, as well as the ability to automate data generation to test scenarios rapidly.
2+ years of experience on SnowFlake and AZure Data Factory
Working knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Solid understanding of data governance, data quality and metadata management.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Degree: Bachelor's in computer science or related field
