Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
  • Responsible for supporting the Medicare STARS data science team by designing, optimizing, and managing AI prompts for analytics and agentic workflows on the Snowflake platform. 
  • The role involves developing prompt pipelines, improving AI-generated outputs, and collaborating with technical and business teams to support healthcare analytics initiatives.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques and design patterns.
  • Experience with chain-of-thought prompting methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex or similar AI/ML platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with data science and business teams.
  • Knowledge of Python or SQL for data interaction and workflow support.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

Experience:

  • Experience designing and optimizing prompts for AI and analytics workflows.
  • Experience building and testing prompt pipelines.

  • Document prompt libraries, workflows, and best practices for team-wide reuse.
  • Support AI and analytics initiatives through prompt engineering and workflow optimization.
