Job description

Seasonal Snow Site Supervisor

Lead the site. Lead the team. Set the standard.

LEI is seeking experiencedSnow Site Supervisorsto lead winter operations at some of New England's premier commercial properties. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you'll operate a plow truck while directing a team of equipment operators, loaders, skid steers, sidewalk crews, and additional plow trucks throughout each storm.

Our Site Supervisors don't simply drive a truck—they own the sites they're responsible for. They are trusted to lead operations, make decisions in the field, communicate with clients through their Snow Account Manager, and ensure every storm is executed safely, efficiently, and to LEI's high standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, thinking ahead, solving problems before they happen, and taking pride in delivering exceptional service during every storm.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all snow operations at assigned commercial property.
  • Operate a plow truck while actively supervising crews and equipment.
  • Direct operators, subcontractors, sidewalk crews, and support personnel throughout each event.
  • Communicate continuously with your assigned Snow Account Manager regarding site conditions, staffing needs, weather updates, and operational progress.
  • Plan ahead before each storm by reviewing weather forecasts, site conditions, staffing, equipment readiness, and material requirements.
  • Anticipate issues before they become problems and adjust operations as conditions change.
  • Ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and client expectations are met throughout every event.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and operational communication using LEI's technology platforms.
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and developing operators throughout the season.
  • Attend preseason meetings, operational planning sessions, training events, and safety meetings to stay prepared and continually improve.
What We're Looking For
  • Commercial snow management experience required.
  • Previous experience leading crews during snow operations.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Experience operating plow trucks and commercial snow equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable in rapidly changing weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Why LEI?
  • Top seasonal pay for experienced professionals.
  • Family-owned company with over 40 years of success.
  • One of New England's largest commercial snow management operations.
  • Industry-leading technology and operational support.
  • Brand-new fleet of trucks and equipment.
  • Extensive post-storm snow removal and hauling work beyond plowing.
  • A team-first culture where experienced professionals are trusted, respected, and given the resources to succeed.
  • Opportunities for long-term growth into larger leadership and management positions.

When it snows, we go.At LEI, our Site Supervisors are more than drivers—they're leaders. If you're looking for the opportunity to take ownership of major commercial properties, lead a great team, and be part of one of the region's strongest snow operations, we'd love to have a conversation.
