Position Summary
We're seeking On - Call Truck Driver with Challenge Unlimited, Inc AT SAFB Mascoutah, IL
Hourly rate $21.39 On call for snow 7 days a week including holiday
Hours vary mostly from Possibly any time during the week, day or night depending on the need for snow removal.
Shift, Paid Federal & Holidays OFF, must be available for "On Call Snow Removal"

Reporting to the Project Manager or Supervisor, the Laborer is responsible for performing work-
related opportunities that allow people who have different abilities to work with integrated teams
and receive work support and development as needed-achieving the highest level of independence
possible.
Performs snow removal duties at the assigned site. Removes snow and ice using a snow blower or
shovel. Safely operates equipment and to help perform minor maintenance of filling fluids, greasing,
and cleaning. Contributes to teamwork by training and helping co-workers, communicating needs to
the supervisor, and implementing feedback for improvement. Performs duties with a special focus on
safety, quality, and customer service.
Requirements:
Perform snow removal activities. Remove snow using a shovel or snow blower. Maintain a clean and safe job site while ensuring current landscape and property is not damaged in the efforts of removing snow.
2. Ice Control Perform ice control activities. Safely and appropriately distribute de-icing solutions such as salt/ice melt.
3. Preventative Maintenance Operate, clean, and perform preventative maintenance such as greasing, checking, and filling fluids, cleaning filters, and other minor maintenance on all equipment.
Maintain quality control standards by completing work thoroughly and promptly correcting any deficiencies and rectifying any customer complaints.
5. Employee Relations Perform work according to the contract's statement of work, company policies, and procedures with a special focus on safety, quality, and customer service. Follow schedules and/or task assignments as directed. Help communicate job expectations to new-hires or others in need of assistance. Assist with training and helping co-workers. Implement feedback for improvement. Assist with building an effective company culture that embodies our Company values to achieve optimum performance levels and achieve goals and objectives.

Handling Frequently using hands in using shovel or snow blower and performing snow removal activities.

Lifting Occasionally lifting, carrying, and pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds of de-icing chemicals or equipment.
