Job description

We are seeking experienced Snow Plow Operators to join our team for the upcoming winter season. The ideal candidates are responsible, safety-oriented, and capable of operating snow removal equipment efficiently during all weather conditions.


Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate snow plow trucks and related equipment to clear snow from commercial and residential properties
  • Apply de-icing materials as needed
  • Monitor weather conditions and be available for on-call shifts during snow events
  • Perform pre- and post-shift inspections of vehicles and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and property managers


Qualifications:

  • Minimum [1+] years of snow plow experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong understanding of safe snow removal practices
  • Ability to work long or irregular hours depending on weather conditions
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
