Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Subcontractors and Equipment Operators to join our winter snow and ice management fleet for the upcoming season. If you have experienced challenges with seasonal winter operations in the past, rest assured—this is not your typical setup.

We provide a well-coordinated, supportive structure for experienced contractors and operators who take pride in delivering efficient, high-quality commercial and residential snow clearing across Metro Detroit.


Key Opportunities & Capabilities

  • Plow Truck Operators & Fleet Subcontractors: Commercial snow plowing utilizing plow trucks, salters, and de-icing equipment.
  • Heavy & Specialized Equipment Operations: Skid steer, loader, and ATV operations for large parking lots, roadway clearings, and tight commercial spaces.
  • Sidewalk & Zero-Tolerance Crews: Operations utilizing sidewalk clearing machines, power snow blowers, and hand shoveling for detailed site clearing.
  • Site Care & Safety: Proactive de-icing and property maintenance to ensure safe, hazard-free conditions for commercial and residential clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in professional snow and ice management.
  • Reliable, well-maintained winter equipment (plow trucks, de-icing rigs, skid steers, ATVs, snow blowers, or shovel equipment).
  • Ability to work flexible, weather-dependent hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s License and proper commercial insurance coverage (for subcontractors).
  • Strong communication, dependability, and a commitment to job-site safety.
