Location:Georgetown, MA
Pay: $35.00-$45.00per hour (Based on experience)
PLUS a Signing Bonus of $3,000
Full-Time | Year-Round Position
Join one of the North Shore's growing landscape construction, landscapemaintenance, and snow management companies! We are looking for an experiencedIrrigation Technician who is ready to take the next step into a leadership rolewhile enjoying year-round employment, excellent benefits, and the opportunityto grow with our company.
What You'll Do
  • Perform spring startups, repairs, troubleshooting, and winter shutdowns.
  • Diagnose and repair irrigation systems, valves, controllers, wiring, and pumps.
  • Meet with customers to identify issues and recommend repairs or system improvements.
  • Prepare repair estimates and proposals for service work and new irrigation installations through our software provided.
  • Schedule daily service work and communicate directly with customers.
  • Order materials and maintain truck inventory.
  • Train and assist irrigation crew members as needed.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
  • Create and manage to budgets.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of irrigation service experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Hunter, Rain Bird, Toro, and other commercial irrigation systems.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
  • Experience preparing estimates or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
