At Snider Fleet Solutions, we're committed to excellence! If you take pride in your work and are an experienced OTR Tire Technician, we want you on our team! We are in search of an experienced OTR Tire Technician with a minimum of 3 years OTR experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Job Summary:
OTR Tire Technicians work offsite in a company provided service truck in order to service customers with all OTR tire and wheel related needs; including; replacing, inspecting, repairing, and properly mounting/dismounting all OTR (construction, earthmoving, mining, agriculture, etc.) tire and wheel related products.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Age: 21 years

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely service customer equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
  • Operate hydraulic jacks, power hoists, and lug wrenches to service OTR tires
  • Mount and dismount various OTR tires according to industry best practices
  • Travel up to 75% within the region to meet customer and company needs
  • Adhere to TIA standards, policies, and safety practices
