In an SNC, all partners are jointly and severally liable for the company's debts, and the business is managed collectively by the partners, unless otherwise specified in the partnership agreement. SNCs are commonly used for small or family-run businesses where there is a high level of trust among partners. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills help consultants deliver solutions and work effectively with clients. These competencies are crucial for ensuring robust, secure, and efficient network environments in complex enterprise settings.
