Job description

This role is ideal for a delivery leader who can combine program management, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and data platform expertise to successfully drive clients Global Data Platform vision from the Anblicks delivery organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Delivery Leadership
  • Own end-to-end delivery of GDP workstreams across multiple domains, ensuring commitments are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly governance forums with client stakeholders and Anblicks leadership.
  • Drive execution across distributed onshore and offshore teams.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure effective resource planning, capacity management, and release readiness.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary delivery liaison between client business, data, architecture, governance, and engineering teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including product owners, domain leads, architects, and program sponsors.
  • Provide executive-level updates on project status, risks, financials, scope, and accomplishments.
  • Facilitate decision-making and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
Technical Delivery Oversight
  • Lead delivery of data products built on the GDP ecosystem including:
    • Snowflake Data Platform
    • SnapLogic Integration Frameworks
    • Data Quality and Governance Solutions
    • Ontology and Semantic Models
    • App Orchid Applications
    • AI and Agentic AI Initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to architecture standards, security controls, data governance, and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate solution architecture reviews and oversee technical design decisions.
Agile Program Management
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and program increment management.
  • Establish delivery metrics, velocity tracking, productivity reporting, and quality KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement across engineering and delivery practices.
  • Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
Financial & Contract Management
  • Track project budgets, burn rates, and forecasting.
  • Manage statement-of-work commitments and change requests.
  • Optimize utilization and delivery efficiency across teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of software, data engineering, or platform delivery experience.
  • 5+ years managing large-scale enterprise data platform programs.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar fixed-price or managed-services engagements.
  • Strong delivery management background in cloud-native data ecosystems.
