Job Summary:
We are looking for a SnapLogic Administrator with strong experience in managing and supporting the SnapLogic Integration Platform (iPaaS). The candidate will be responsible for platform administration, user and security management, Snaplex administration, deployment governance, operational monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring platform availability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the SnapLogic platform, including Designer, Manager, Dashboard, and Snaplex environments.
- Configure and maintain Cloudplex and Groundplex environments.
- Manage users, groups, roles, and access control policies.
- Create and maintain project spaces, shared folders, accounts, and organizational settings.
- Monitor pipeline executions, task schedules, and platform health through SnapLogic Dashboard.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, Snaplex issues, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks.
- Configure and manage Scheduled, Triggered, and Ultra Tasks.
- Support deployment and migration activities across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Implement platform governance, naming standards, and best practices.
- Manage and secure credentials, accounts, certificates, and API connections.
- Collaborate with integration developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure security, compliance, and audit requirements are met.
