We're looking for a Manager, Ad Partnerships to join Team Snapchat! The Ad Partnerships Group is responsible for negotiating and integrating product partnerships that drive accelerated growth to Snap's Advertising business. Working from our NYC, SF, or LA office, you will own and manage a selection of Snapchat's ad partners across Audiences, Identity and Signals partners. You will be working cross-functionally with key senior stakeholders across our Ad Product and Engineering teams to establish new partnerships and support existing partners in the Audiences, Signals and Identity space.

What you'll do:

  • Lead our largest and most strategic audience, signals and identity partnerships, engaging directly with execs at external organizations to establish new partnerships and support existing partnerships that demonstrate the value of advertising with Snapchat

  • Establish and lead new partnership opportunities from initial vetting and proof of concept testing through contract negotiation, operationalization, and scaled go-to-market execution

  • Develop strong C-level relationships, using insights to inform strategies to grow our partners business and support our strategic priorities

  • Own and manage efficient vendor intake and evaluation process, lead contract negotiation and complete deal execution

  • Proactively anticipate and resolve business, technical, and integration issues and serve as an internal advocate

  • Influence cross-functional leadership to drive goal alignment and achieve our mission and strategy

  • Work towards bi-annual OKRs such as advertiser & revenue growth, adoption of new technology solutions and driving solution adoption

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Expert knowledge of online advertising, branding, performance advertising and ad-effectiveness measurement techniques

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders internally and externally

  • Experience dynamically prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment based on changing business priorities

  • Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting

  • Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to effectively work independently and autonomously in an environment with high levels of ambiguity, but thoughtfully escalate problem areas as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, business strategy, product marketing, product management, or partnerships

  • Deep experience in MarTech, Data Management and/or Advertising Technology

  • Experience defining, developing and leading projects across multiple cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in related field

  • Quantitative/analytical experience, specifically working in data or statistics

  • Experience working as part of an international team

  • Strong product acumen

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $190,000-$284,000 annually.


Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $181,000-$270,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $162,000-$241,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
