National Account Manager - Convenience - Wise Foods
Location: Atlanta, GA
Wise Foods is seeking a National Account Manager - Convenience to manage convenience-channel customer strategy and execution nationally.
Areas of Responsibility
  1. Convenience Channel Strategy
  • Develop and execute national account strategies for convenience-channel customers in alignment with Wise Foods' overall commercial objectives.
  • Lead planning for distribution growth, assortment expansion, and promotional execution within the convenience channel.
  • Monitor channel trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
  1. Account Planning and Management
  • Own customer planning processes, including volume forecasting, pricing, promotions, and distribution targets.
  • Manage customer negotiations related to pricing, programs, and terms.
  • Ensure consistent execution of customer plans across regions and markets.
  1. Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary national contact for assigned convenience-channel customers.
  • Build strong working relationships with customer buying, category, and merchandising teams.
  • Support customer reviews and ongoing business planning discussions.
  1. Cross-Functional Execution
  • Partner with regional sales teams to ensure effective in-market execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on promotional strategies and merchandising support.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to align inventory and service levels with customer needs.
  1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track account performance against sales, profitability, and execution metrics.
  • Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare regular performance updates and recommendations for leadership.

Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 5 + years of Convenience-channel experience preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Periodic travel.
