About Bangers
Bangers is a rapidly growing CPG company redefining the snack industry. In just two years, we've expanded into 2,500+ stores nationwide, including Circle K, 7-Eleven, Chevron ExtraMile, and more.
We're now building our founding field sales team and looking for driven, competitive salespeople to help take Bangers to the next level.
The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be on the ground every day growing Bangers' retail footprint.
You'll spend the majority of your time in the field visiting convenience stores and other retail locations, meeting store owners and buyers, selling Bangers products, obtaining orders, and opening new accounts.
This is not a traditional field sales or merchandising role. You will directly drive new distribution and be measured by the number of stores you activate.
Compensation
$100,000–$132,400+ Total Annual Compensation at Target Performance
$34,000 annual base wages
$500/month vehicle expense reimbursement
$50 per qualifying store activation
Uncapped activation earnings
Based on 20 working days/month:
5 activations/day
100 activations/month
$5,000/month activation compensation
$60,000/year activation compensation

What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
CPG, food/beverage, retail, route sales, or outside sales experience is a plus—but hustle, communication skills, and results matter more than your resume.
Requirements
A $500/month vehicle expense reimbursement is provided for business-related vehicle expenses in accordance with the company's vehicle expense reimbursement policy.
