What will you do? * Produce, package, label, and prepare popcorn and other in-house snack products in accordance with established quality, food safety, and production standards. * Prepare food products using correct measurements, portions, and procedures while adhering to all sanitation, safety, and health regulations. * Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction. * Accurately document and report all production waste, damaged product, and inventory variances. Assist with machine setup, preparation, and operational readiness to support daily production goals. * Organize, stock, and maintain inventory levels within the production area, proactively communicating shortages or supply concerns to leadership. * Transport and distribute finished snack products to designated locations for bagging, storage, or operational use. * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by performing routine cleaning and sanitizing of production areas, equipment, tools, and workstations. * Follow all company policies, food handling procedures, and workplace safety standards. * Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and operational objectives. More about you * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends and holidays. * Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. * Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Physical requirements * Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, including entire shifts of up to 8 hours or more. * Ability to remain stationary when required while performing production and packaging functions. * Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials and products weighing up to 30 pounds. * Ability to work in confined or restricted spaces as operational needs require. * Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments, depending on equipment operation and seasonal conditions. * Ability to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards in a physically demanding work environment.
