SMT Operators needed for a contract opportunities with Yoh's client L3Harris in Henrietta, NY.
Are you experienced with SMT equipment and ready to take your skills to the next level? We're looking for an SMT Machine Operator to join our team and help us deliver high-quality electronic assemblies. If you've worked with Fuji XPF, Fuji CP, or Universal SMT machines or any other machines we want to hear from you!
Estimated Min Rate: $18.00
Estimated Max Rate: $24.30
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Set up and operate SMT machines for production runs
  • Load part feeders and reels into designated machine locations
  • Perform line changeovers and feeder replenishment
  • Adjust conveyor width and support pins for proper board transport
  • Place PCBs into screen printers and perform first-piece quality checks
  • Inspect boards before reflow to ensure proper part placement
  • Make real-time adjustments to maintain quality standards
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on SMT equipment
  • Follow all safety protocols and assist with other tasks as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year working with SMT equipment (Fuji XPF, Fuji CP, Universal preferred)
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the entire shift and work in a hands-on environment
  • Bonus: Electronics background is a plus
  • Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
  • High School Diploma or GED/HSE
  • All offers are contingent to passing all pre-employment screenings and drug test.
  • Able to attend a 3 week training program Monday - Thursday from 5am-3:30pm

  • 1st shift - Monday - Thursday from 5:00am-3:30pm @ $18.00
  • 2nd shift - Monday - Thursday from 3:30pm - 2am @ $ 19.80

    rd
    shift - Fri, Sat & Sun 6am -6:30pm @ $22.50
  • 4th shift - Fri, Sat & Sun 6:30pm-6am @ $ 24.30
  • MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR 3 WEEKS OF TRAINING ON 1st Shift.
