We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable SMT Machine Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team. The SMT Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining surface mount technology machines used in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role involves loading components, monitoring production for quality and consistency, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.
