Job Responsibilities/ Ethics and Values

  • Inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle
  • Deliver an exceptional GUEST experience through our Serve To Inspire commitment by greeting and engaging guests while providing an friendly experience
  • Explain our purpose-driven menu and suggest specific smoothies/bowls, extras, and enhancers to help customize every experience for our guests.
  • Blend and serve the perfect smoothie or smoothie bowl QUICKLY and within our goal of 3 minutes and thirty seconds
  • Communicate with fellow Team Members, Managers, and Customers in a POSITIVE manner
  • Ability to show up on time with a willingness and ready to work

OTHER JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, juices, while demonstrating food safety
  • Performs store checklist tasks during shift such as restocking, cleaning, dishes, etc
  • Remains calm with fellow Team Members and Guests during high volume times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is ESSENTIAL and required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on GUEST SATISFACTION
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to Multi-task high pressure situations with minimal supervision is required
  • Black Athletic Bottoms and Non Slip Grip Tennis Shoes required
