What You'll Do

  • Clinical Excellence: Assist chairside with restorative, cosmetic, and biomimetic procedures; take accurate X-rays and intraoral photos.
  • Advanced Tech: Capture digital impressions using 3D intraoral scanners and support clear aligner (Invisalign) cases from initial records to progress tracking.
  • Case Management: Oversee lab workflows, track outstanding cases, and keep treatment timelines running like clockwork.
  • Patient Advocacy: Seat patients, ease their anxieties, explain next steps clearly, and ensure every visit feels personalized and reassuring.
  • Team Synergy: Prepare operatories with precision and collaborate closely with doctors and staff to keep the daily schedule smooth.


What We’re Looking For

  • The Non-Negotiable: A genuinely positive attitude and a passion for learning. We can easily teach clinical skills, but we can't teach empathy or drive.
  • Experience: Prior dental assisting experience and an active X-ray certification are great bonuses, but we are fully willing to train the right person.
  • Tech Comfort: Tech-savvy mindset with an appetite for learning 3D scanning, digital imaging, and practice software.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills, especially when coordinating lab work and patient records.
