Pediatric Dental Assistant Fridays
Manahawkin, NJ | The Smile Institute
The Smile Institute is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our growing pediatric dental team on Fridays.
We are currently expanding our pediatric schedule, and additional days will become available in the next few months as the practice continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Pediatric Dentist and Hygienist during procedures
  • Take digital x-rays for new patients and recall visits
  • Turn over and prepare hygiene and treatment rooms
  • Assist with pediatric restorative and preventive procedures
  • Help create a positive and comfortable experience for children and families
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinical area
Qualifications:
  • Pediatric dental experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with children
  • Experience with digital x-rays and paperless systems preferred
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Reliable and professional
