Job Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative:

$16.50/hr + $0.50 language differential with the opportunity to increase pay to $18.15/hr within 60 days. No experience required. We provide full-time paid training! Role starts full-time on-site.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Serve as the voice of Boost Mobile, helping customers by resolving issues and promoting our services
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories and pricing plans 
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation, with a focus on one-call resolution
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer service and efficiency by analyzing call trends and providing feedback
  • Become an advocate for customer needs, providing solutions for technical issues and offering support to a diverse consumer base

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work full-time on-site 
  • Flexible to work shifts which can include evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Smartphone or device with active network connection
