If you are an expert at bridging the gap between complex hardware and intuitive user interfaces, and you thrive on high-end craftsmanship, this is your next move.

Why You Will Love It Here

Premium Projects – Work on sophisticated, custom estates equipped with the industry’s most advanced automation platforms.

Next-Gen Tech Stack – Lead the way with Lutron, Control4, and AI-driven systems, staying at the absolute forefront of home integration.

Premium Compensation: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour + Uncapped Upsell Commission.

Elite Perks:

  • Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
  • The Gear: Take-home company vehicle (with fuel card), high-performance laptop, mobile phone, and professional uniforms.
  • Team Culture: Collaborative, innovative, supportive, and committed to excellence.

What You Will Do

As an elite Elx-AI Systems Programmer, you will:

Architect the Experience: Lead the programming and integration of advanced ecosystems, including lighting control (Lutron/Control4), robust networking, and high-fidelity A/V.

Master the Logic: Deploy, troubleshoot, and fine-tune complex system code to ensure a seamless, "invisible" technology experience for the homeowner.

Deliver White-Glove Excellence: Act as the technical face of the project, providing high-level client training and ensuring every system feels effortless to use.

Drive Innovation & Value: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance a client’s system, delivering strategic recommendations that maximize both technology performance and project value.

Lead the Field: Provide technical mentorship to junior installers and ensure all hardware—from security and surveillance to climate control—is online and optimized.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Smart Home Programming (specifically Lutron Designer, Control4 Home, or similar platforms).
  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of IP networking, Wi-Fi optimization, and A/V signal flow.
  • A Growth Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative when facing complex technical challenges.
  • Precision & Polish: The ability to communicate technical concepts to high-net-worth clients with clarity and professionalism.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to climb and work from ladders.
  • Must be able to work in tight, confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, closets).

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving history.
  • Must be able to pass an MVR, background check, and drug screen.
