Where precision meets personality. Candlewood Suites is a modern, design-forward property that blends smart technology with exceptional service. We're looking for a Night Auditor who thrives in quiet hours, keeps operations running smoothly, and ensures every guest ends and begins their day on a high note.

Schedule

 Overnight shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

 Includes weekends and holidays as needed

What You'll Do

As the Night Auditor, you'll be both the overnight front desk host and the financial closer for the day's operations. Your responsibilities will include:

 Welcoming late arrivals and assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries

 Running minimal nightly audit reports and reconciling daily transactions 

 Monitoring property security and guest safety during overnight hours

 Performing light housekeeping or maintenance tasks as needed to support overnight operations

 Ensuring a calm, professional presence and resolving any guest issues with care

Requirements

What You Bring

 Prior customer service experience, hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred

 Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and reporting

 Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (StayNTouch is a bonus) is preferred

 Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours

 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

 Dependability and a calm, guest-first mindset
