Technology Manager – Smart Safety & Wireless Systems

Transportation Solutions & Lighting (TS&L) – Pompano Beach, FL
Full-time | Growth Position

TS&L is one of the fastest-growing safety and smart-technology companies in the Southeast. We design and deploy solar cameras, blue light emergency towers, wireless communication systems, and smart‑city infrastructure for universities, municipalities, and large commercial campuses.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Technology Manager who loves working with camera software, hardware, cameras, wireless systems, and new technology. This is a high‑growth role with long‑term advancement as we continue expanding across the region.

What You’ll Do
  • Launch, manage, configure, and support all TS&L camera systems, wireless radios, and solar technologies
  • Troubleshoot field issues (remotely and occasionally onsite) and support our service technicians
  • Help customers with setup, connectivity, and system questions
  • Assist with new product evaluation, testing, and integration
  • Build documentation, best practices, and processes as our technology footprint expands
  • Work directly with leadership on improving reliability, monitoring, and customer response
  • Become the internal “go‑to” expert on everything camera, wireless, and solar tech
  • Light Training of New Systems
