You wonโ€™t just be checking boxes; youโ€™ll be making an impact, driving innovation, and delivering the kind of results we all care about.**What Youโ€™ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):*** Leading lean manufacturing projects for cost reduction, boost productivity, cut waste, and enhance process efficiency across procurement and supply chain.* Collaborating with engineering, operations, and quality teams to uncover bottlenecks and find innovative solutions.* Lead procurement and supply chain projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.* Use data-driven insights to track performance, identify trends, and make informed supply chain decisions.* Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost savings, quality, and supplier performance.**What Weโ€™re Looking For:*** 5+ years of Experience as a Project Manager in Cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or millwork industries required.* A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
