Job description

At McAlister's Deli, people come for fresh tastes, fast service, and a friendly place to settle in. We're building teams that keep that promise every day. As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the shift with energy and pride-supporting great service, strong operations, and a welcoming guest experience from the first hello to the final thank-you.

General Job Requirements
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.

  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.

  • Ability to lead and direct staff in an effective, professional manner.

  • Must meet company performance standards and expectations for the role.

  • Must participate in all company training and orientations, and some training may require overnight travel.

  • Must be able to work the assigned schedule and required hours.

  • Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds and have the physical ability and stamina to perform management job functions.
