Digital Asset Product Manager, Senior

What you'll do:
As a Digital Asset Product Manager, Senior you'll lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of Western Alliance Bank's digital asset product suite. You'll be responsible for defining product vision, driving innovation, and ensuring successful delivery of digital asset solutions that align with our business objectives and regulatory standards
  • Define and execute the roadmap for WA's digital asset products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, operations) to design and launch digital asset solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
  • Communicate product updates and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to maintain robust governance

What you'll need:
  • 8+ years of related experience in Product Management, Treasury Management Sales or similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • Previous leadership experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge of general financial services or banking products and services.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking products, including treasury management, credit cards, as well as pricing dynamics. Market specific awareness. Experience in financial services or fintech environments preferred.
  • Advanced experience with Product Management Methodology including new product launches, road mapping, business cases, product enhancements, communication and marketing plans, and robust executive management presentations and reporting development.
  • Advanced knowledge of smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) preferred.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
  • Occasional travel required
