The Senior Product Manager - Tokenization and Stablecoins is responsible for defining and delivering tokenized deposit, stablecoin, and on-chain payment capabilities within Digital Asset Banking.This role leads product strategy and execution for token-based financial infrastructure, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks, operational controls, and client requirements
- Define and execute roadmap for tokenization and stablecoin products
- Align product strategy with regulatory developments and market demand
- Design workflows for issuance, redemption, and transfers
- Define integration with wallets, settlement platform, and external partners
- Partner with Engineering to deliver secure infrastructure
- Ensure products align with banking, payments, and digital asset regulatory expectations
- Partner with FCC, Legal, and Risk to embed controls
- Support regulatory interactions and governance processes
- Ensure interoperability across wallet, settlement, and external partner systems
- Support client integration and onboarding
- Engage with institutional clients on use cases

What you'll need:
- 8+ years of related experience in Product Management, Treasury Management Sales or similar field.
