A Smart City is an urban area that uses digital technology, data, and innovative solutions to improve the quality of life for its residents, enhance the efficiency of city services, and promote sustainability. This includes integrating technologies like Internet of Things (IoT), sensors, and data analytics to manage resources such as energy, water, transportation, and waste more effectively. The goal of a Smart City is to create a more livable, efficient, and environmentally friendly urban environment that meets the needs of its population.

Outstanding leadership, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving abilities help drive complex initiatives and build consensus among diverse groups.
