What does a Smart Buildings Project Manager do?

A Smart Buildings Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of projects that integrate advanced technologies into building systems, such as lighting, HVAC, security, and energy management. They coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure that smart building solutions meet project goals, budgets, and timelines.
