  • Identify BOL, receiving report, and inventory discrepancies in a timely manner, escalating issues as needed
  • Support the integration and data flow between the WMS and ERP/accounting systems to ensure consistency and traceability
  • Apply working knowledge of transportation terminology (LTL, FTL, carrier routing, freight classes, tracking) to facilitate accurate transaction recording

  • Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment by following and enforcing company and legal standards
  • Prepare and maintain department reporting and record-keeping systems
  • Ensures adherence and accountability to all material & inventory control policies and procedures

  • Proficiency in WMS programs and reporting tools
  • High computer proficiency-must be comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office products, with proficiency with Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work across shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

Benefits:
