Job description


Founded in 1982, Krugel Cobbles, Inc. has grown from a small startup into one of the most established hardscape contractors in the Chicago and North Shore area.

Our Sales Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them from initial consultation through project completion. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to understand and translate client needs into functional outdoor living solutions, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation:

This is an exciting base + commission opportunity, with overall total compensation based on performance.

Our base starting range is between $75,000 to $85,000 annually, plus opportunities for significant commission.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience; selling a service to customers (selling services like landscaping or construction is highly preferred)
  • Sales experience in construction/landscaping is preferred;
  • Experience working with and selling to high-end clientele is required;
  • Experience with a CRM is required; experience with a software such as LMN, Aspire, or a similar software is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their outdoor living vision, assess site conditions, and discuss project goals;
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet individual and team sales targets;
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing estimates, and conceptual designs;
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Maintain organized sales pipeline in CRM;
  • Follow up consistently to close sales;
  • Participate in community and networking events;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
