Job Description

As our next Delivery Driver Associate, you'll be the hero on 20+ stops per hour, navigating neighborhoods in an Amazon-branded vehicle and delivering smiles (and packages!) with every doorbell.

Shift & Home Base: 10-hour days starting at 9:10 AM, reporting to 2125 Anvil Block Rd. Work 3–4 days per week.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Empowering Compensation: Base pay starts at $21.25/hr, with performance bonuses that can boost your earnings up to $1,000/week. Opportunity to discuss rates up to $22.75/hr as you master the job.
  • Rock-Solid Benefits: Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance. 401(k) plan with a 3% company match—secure your tomorrow today. Generous paid time off to rest, recharge, and show up at your best.
  • Career Acceleration: Structured training and mentorship: ride-alongs, coaching, and leadership workshops. Clear advancement pathways: Lead Driver → Operations Management → Logistics Leadership → DOT Certification and beyond.
  • Culture & Camaraderie: A family atmosphere built on weekly huddles, peer recognition, and seasonal events. Leaders who serve alongside you—breaking down barriers so you can shine. A diverse, inclusive team that celebrates every win, big or small.
