Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counter & Customer Service Representative to assist customers by phone and in person, provide parts support, process sales transactions, and coordinate repair service communication. This role is essential in ensuring customers receive the correct parts and excellent service while supporting daily shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

*Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with parts inquiries, pricing, availability, and repair status updates.

*Greet customers and provide professional in-person customer service.

*Identify and locate lawn mower, small engine, and outdoor power equipment parts using parts catalogs and computer systems.

*Process parts sales, service tickets, invoices, and payments.

*Order parts from suppliers and track inventory levels.

*Maintain accurate records of customer orders, special orders, and repair information.

*Communicate with technicians regarding parts needs and repair updates.

*Assist customers in selecting replacement parts and accessories.

*Receive, stock, and organize inventory shipments.

*Keep the parts counter, showroom, and work areas clean and organized.

*Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
