What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair boats, motors, and marine systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and scheduled services
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, fuel, steering, and related system concerns
  • Repair and service outboard engines and related components
  • Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources to troubleshoot problems
  • Complete warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair work
  • Install marine accessories, electronics, and equipment
  • Inspect boats and identify additional repair or maintenance needs
  • Document repairs, parts needs, diagnostic findings, and work performed accurately
  • Communicate with Service Advisors regarding repair status and additional concerns
  • Follow manufacturer procedures, Company processes, and safety requirements
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the needs of the department and Company
