We're a Salem-based company that has grown every year since 2021. Our current Operations Manager started on the shop floor as a laborer - that's the model we invest in. What You'll Do
Trims, sands, patches, colors, and performs final detailing on Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) products after demolding to ensure each piece meets Oltre's quality, aesthetic, and structural specifications.
Day-to-Day
Operate forklifts and cranes to move cast and finished products into assigned areas of the facility
Trim, sand, patch, and detail products after casting using power tools (air-powered and electrical)
Apply stains, pigments, and sealers
Match textures and colors
Inspect and repair surface defects
Assist with demolding after casting
Assist with the installation of finished products
Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed on-site
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and keep the work area clean

Willing to learn and pitch in wherever needed
Able to follow instructions and recipes precisely.
Prior concrete, GFRC, cast stone, or finish-trade experience is strongly preferred. This is a skilled-trade role at a premium shop - we're not training the basics here. If you've run a sprayer, finished cast stone, patched and color-matched, or worked as a mason or precast finisher, we want to talk.
Construction or production experience in a related trade also considered if you have a strong work history and want to move into finish work
