Job description

Position Summary
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field operations of Distributed Antenna System (DAS) & Small Cell installations and wireless infrastructure upgrades. This role ensures that all construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. The Construction Manager serves as the primary on-site leader, coordinating crews, managing materials, and ensuring quality control throughout the build process.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards on all job sites.
โ€ข Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors during DAS & Small Cell construction and installation.
โ€ข Execute construction plans and schedules provided by the Project Manager, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
โ€ข Monitor daily progress and provide updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
โ€ข Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans as needed to maintain project momentum.
โ€ข Conduct site inspections to verify quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
โ€ข Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials; ensure timely procurement and delivery.
โ€ข Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including daily logs, photos, and reports.
โ€ข Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
โ€ข Train and mentor field personnel to uphold Ontivity standards and procedures.
โ€ข Support compliance testing and assist with punch list completion and closeout activities.
โ€ข Perform other duties as assigned.
