Are you an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive bookkeeper/ accountant ready to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic and growing CPA firm, where we specialize in helping small businesses thrive!

Were seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper to manage the monthly accounting for our business clients. This is an opportunity to grow with a firm that values expertise, precision, and client relationships. This is an onsite position for our main office located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

What Youll Do

  • Monthly Bookkeeping: Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping for a portfolio of 20-30 small business clients.
  • Financial Reports: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and customized reports to support client decision-making.
  • Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their questions and ensuring they feel supported.
  • Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Problem Solving: Identify discrepancies and provide solutions to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our CPA and tax advisory team to ensure seamless client service.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: Minimum of 4-8 years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with multiple clients).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting software. Experience with Fathom/and or Bill.com is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: You thrive in organizing numbers and processes. Accuracy is your middle name!
  • Client-Focused: Youre personable, professional, and always looking to add value.
  • Efficient: Skilled at managing time and juggling multiple priorities without missing deadlines.
  • Problem-Solver: You enjoy resolving challenges and improving processes for efficiency.
