Overview:

Munson Boats is seeking Aluminum Boat Builders to join our team at our facility located in Burlington, WA, 98233. As an Aluminum Boat Builder, you will be responsible for all aspects of the construction of custom aluminum vessels. Munson Boats manufactures world class, purpose engineered fire/rescue boats, research boats and custom workboats with a reputation for quality craftsmanship and robust design. Responsibilities:

An Aluminum Boat Builder is responsible for all aspects of the construction of custom-built aluminum vessels. This includes reviewing blueprints, reading specifications, assembly, layout, fitting and welding.

In the role of Aluminum Boat Builder, you will work amongst a small team of 3-4 personnel to fit up, assemble and weld a project from start to finish under the direction of a lead supervisor.

All of our design work and boat kit cutting is done in-house with years of geometry and standardization practices. We operate a clean and organized work environment.

We offer a four-day work week, Monday-Thursday, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid vacation and matching 401K retirement program. Day shift (7:00 am - 5:30 pm) and swing shift (4:30 pm - 2:00 am) work schedules are available.

Pay range will depend on experience, typically between $24 and $36 for this position.
