Job Description: Summary:

The main function of a Systems Analyst is to evaluate and improve IT systems to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. A typical Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing system requirements, designing solutions, and coordinating with technical teams to implement and support system changes.
This position is to support the SAP PM/SM & PS modules. This position is responsible for providing technical expertise for projects, system enhancements and production support. This position will also involve working closely with team members of other SAP ABAP and configuration groups such as SAP-CCS, SAP-MM, SAP-FI and SAP-BW groups.
Job Responsibilities:
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM, PM/SM and PS)
Responsible for full life cycle implementation of SAP EAM, from business requirements gathering through conducting business workshops, including gap analysis, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, training, and post go-live support.
Contribute to the implementation and execution of the SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes: asses current state, identify customer requirements and define future state and/or business solution.
Transform detailed requirements into complete detailed systems design documents and implement in SAP.
Capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and expected service levels from business unit. Create EAM solutions that map to an actionable business-IT roadmap (a long-range plan for the business that identifies specific IT investments in applications and infrastructure to support business objectives).
Support BU leadership in identifying opportunities for emerging technologies, through collaboration with EAM architect, to enable business strategies. Provide an advisory role with the clients on the impact of new technologies on their existing technical and information system environments.
Ensure business and functional requirements are maintained throughout the development/configuration process.
Maintain strong understanding of technology needs and solutions for the business units.
Liaison between the client, vendors, project management and the technical team on questions, issues, and revisions to the solution architecture.
Manage engagement risk and economics including: planning and budgeting; manage accounts receivable; define deliverable content; ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from business owners
Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions to ensure deviations from "out of the box" functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition.
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Your background includes:
10+ years of experience of designing, customizing, testing, implementing, and managing enterprise asset management solutions/systems
Experience in a minimum of 2 full cycle greenfield/brownfield SAP implementations
Experience with converting new acquisitions/mergers into current platforms
Experience with current technology implementation patterns
Strong, persuasive communication and presentation skills
Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas--both verbally and in written form to technical and non-technical peers
S/4 EAM experience
Agile Scrum experience
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
