Job description

Envisioneering, Inc. has an opening for a full-time Operations Systems Analyst to support our current work at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with strong communications and problem-solving skills to work in a government/contractor team to perform integration and testing (I&T) on U.S

Navy electronic warfare (EW) systems - SLQ32 (V6/V7) variants. In this role, you will also develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program. Previous experience in the analysis and/or operations of U.S

Navy EW systems is required. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Support integration and testing of the SKCS software with the shipboard AN/SLQ-32 Electronic Warfare System, external softkill weapon systems, offboard communications links, and Aegis and Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) combat systems. Apply operational and tactical systems knowledge in operation of EW systems to integration and testing.

Work in conjunction with an agile software development team to test enhancements and fixes to SKCS software Experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities. Create and/or review technical documentation; Concepts of Operations (CONOPS); Concepts of Employment (CONEMPs); and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Support Developmental and Operational Test and Evaluation (T&E) efforts.MINIMUM SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: 8+ years of experience in operational analysis and/or operations of U.S

Navy electronic warfare (EW) systems. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance. Experience with system variants of the AN/SLQ-32 (V).

Technical Skills: Experience with Linux. Familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations. Experience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences.

Demonstrated work experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities. Knowledge of systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, Developmental and Operational T&E. Agile methodology.

General Skills: Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
