Job description

REQUIRED: 1+ years of experience as a pediatric SLPA

Preferred but not required: Bilingual Spanish & English.

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders AND Texas license as a speech therapy assistant (see requirements below)

Hours to work: Flexible Hours Monday-Friday or could do 4 day work week Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm if preferred.

3 ways you can join our team:

1. Contractor/1099 rates: $17/30 minute visit ($34/hour) and shift differential 4pm-8pm Monday-Friday or all day Saturday/Sunday increases to $27/30 minute visit ($54/hour)

2. Pay per visit/W-2: Part-time with Benefits 20-29 hours/week and Fulltime Benefits start at 30/hours+ week.

Monolingual SLPA: $13-$18/30 minute session ($26-$36/hour)

Bilingual SLPA: $18-$23/30 minute session ($36-$46/hour)

3. Guaranteed Hourly/W-2: Part-time with Benefits 20-29 hours/week and Fulltime Benefits start at 30/hours+ week. Rates range from $22-$25/hour based on years of experience

Qualified Candidates for this Speech Therapy position shall have the following:

  • Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (Can be during student internships)
  • Texas State license in Speech Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
