Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Licensed, or eligible for licensure, as an SLP in California
- Previous experience in school-based SLP services, particularly with elementary students
- Skilled in developing and implementing evidence-based therapy plans for mild/moderate needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse elementary caseload with mild to moderate needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to monitor progress and support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school and district guidelines
- Travel between 1-2 local school sites as assigned
