Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Based - K12 Therapy Services

Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CCC SLP / CF SLP)

PK-12 | New Castle County, DE | 2026-2027 School Year

37.5 Hours/Week | Local or Travel Contract| W2 Full Time Benefits

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple on site licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in New Castle County, Delaware for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students' communication development within an educational setting.

  • Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
  • Contract Type: W2
  • Start Date: 8/24/26
  • End Date: 6/11/27
  • Work Arrangement: In Person

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) โ€“ School Based โ€“ Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
  • Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
  • Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
  • Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
  • Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
  • Temporary or Permanent DE SLP License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
  • School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is Required (Post Grad or Clinical Fieldwork)
  • Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
