The Opportunity

Siena is seeking a talented Product Designer to join their growing team. You’ll play a key role in translating complex AI concepts into user-friendly and intuitive designs. This is a remote-friendly position, offering you the flexibility to work from wherever you’re most productive.

Responsibilities

-Translate complex problems into elegant and user-centered product solutions
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with business goals and technical feasibility
-Champion user experience by focusing on usability, accessibility, and user delight
-Set the bar for visual excellence across all product touchpoints
-Provide creative direction on key projects, leading the design process from ideation to implementation
-Facilitate communication and collaboration between design and engineering teams

Qualifications

-6+ years of product design experience in the technology sector
