Job description

Location: HCG BELOIT
Department: HCG-BEL Slots
Summary:
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Lead Slot Team Member provides support and guidance in order to help ensure the success of Slot Team Members and the department overall. This is achieved by building and maintaining positive working relationships, demonstrating performance and service standards, and providing appropriate guidance and direction to fellow team members. The Lead Slot Team Member will be the operational point of contact for their assigned shift and facilitate appropriate communications to both department and property team members. The Lead Slot Team Member position is responsible for providing guests with an exceptional service and entertainment experience through the fulfilment of their responsibilities. These responsibilities include responding to and seeking resolution to guest inquiries, demonstrating technology to guests, and educating guests on Rewards Club benefits. The Lead Slot Team Member monitors the condition and performance of the slot machines in their area and ensures operability by executing appropriate repairs. The extent of repair can include replenishing receipt paper, rebooting or replacing devices, and paying jackpots.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
1. High School Diploma, GED, or HSED is required.
ESSENTIAL:
1. All casino employees will be subject to the criminal and background restrictions of the Ho-Chunk Nation.
2. Must be bondable and eligible to hold a gaming license throughout employment.
3. Cannot be colorblind.
4. Must pass a Lead Slot Team Member Assessment Test at time of interview.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Cash handling experience is required.
2. Customer service experience is required.
3. Six (6) months slot experience required, one (1) year slot experience preferred.
