  • Maintains working knowledge of Michigan Gaming Control Board (federal, state, and local) regulations as well as Greektown Casino-Hotel policies and procedures
  • Demonstrates exemplary communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and fellow Team Members; proficiently communicates in person, via radio, phone and in writing
  • Proficient in counting, handling and securing cash funds
  • Follows departmental procedures and assists in protection of gaming operations from loss due to mistake or theft
  • Maintains proper use of ipod or other mobile device
