Job description

This is not a job posting.  It’s an invitation.

To the person who has spent a career turning slot floors into revenue engines and knows the guest is always the point:

You know every machine, every metric, and every guest on that floor. You see a underperforming section and you’re already three moves ahead.

You are also someone who understands that a great slot floor is not just about the machines. It is about the experience happening around them. The guest who comes in every Tuesday. The team member who knows her by name. The jackpot moment that creates a story someone tells for years. You build floors that perform on the spreadsheet and feel right on the floor.

You have seven to ten years of progressive experience in casino slot operations with at least five years in a senior leadership role. You can read a drop and win report as fluently as you read a guest's body language. You know IGT ADVANTAGE, Bally and Light and Wonder systems, or their equivalents. You have built teams, managed budgets, and navigated regulatory environments without losing your edge or your standards.

You have done this before. Now you want to do it at a scale and on a stage worthy of everything you have built toward.

What You Will Own:

  • Full oversight of slot operations including daily performance, machine optimization, floor configuration, and game mix to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
  • Pre-opening floor strategy including machine moves, denomination adjustments, game acquisitions, and new technology integration such as cashless systems, progressive jackpots, and digital enhancements
  • Slot performance analytics and data driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Vendor relationships, product evaluation, and coordination of purchases, repairs, maintenance, and installations in compliance with regulatory standards
  • All hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and development within the department

We are built on grit, fueled by heart and defined by a relentless commitment to service excellence. If you have been waiting for the opportunity that rises to the level of your ambition, this is it.

Full job description available upon request.

Minimum start rate is 135,000 max 143,000
